Fixed right,
the first time.
Carpentry, drywall, paint, fixtures and the repairs nobody else wants to drive out for. One person who shows up when he says he will.

The work speaks
before I do.
A handyman is judged on finish, not on promises. These are recent jobs on Oʻahu — the kind of detail that decides whether you call the same guy back.

What I get called for.
If it is on this list, it is something done regularly — not something added to look bigger. If your job is not here, call and ask. The answer is sometimes no, and that is free too.
Carpentry & custom builds
Vanities, shelving, closets, fence gates, trim. Drawn up and built to fit the space rather than ordered to almost fit it.
Drywall & wall repair
Holes, cracks, water damage, texture matching. Patched so you cannot find it afterward in raking light.
Interior & exterior painting
Full rooms and touch‑ups. Prep and masking first — that is most of the job and it is where most people cut.
Fixtures, lighting & appliances
Fans, lights, faucets, disposals, dishwashers, hardware. Installed level, sealed, and tested before I leave.
Flooring & tile
Vinyl plank, laminate and tile. Subfloor checked first, because a good floor over a bad one is a callback.
Doors, windows & screens
Sticking doors, failed hardware, screen replacement, weather sealing. The small things that annoy you daily.
Move‑out & turnover repair
Landlords, property managers and tenants getting a deposit back. Punch lists handled in one visit where possible.
Home maintenance rounds
The annual pass that stops small problems becoming expensive ones. Caulk, seals, hinges, filters, touch‑up.
TV mounting & assembly
TVs, mirrors, shelving and flat‑pack furniture. Studs found, anchors rated for the weight, level checked twice, and the cables out of sight.
Any row above goes to the same place — tell me what broke and I will price it.

How a job goes.
No mystery, no surprise invoice. This is the whole process from the first call to the last screw.
Describe it in plain words. A photo helps. Most questions get answered the same day.
A written estimate before anything starts. If the job is not worth doing, I will tell you that instead.
A day and an arrival window, confirmed the day before. If something shifts, you hear it from me first.
Work area prepped before, cleaned after. You see the finished job before I take payment.
